Wish Councils through the Mid-South Chapter help raise funds and awareness for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-South, while providing magical wish experiences for local children with the ultimate goal of securing new funding and recruiting new volunteers in the local area.
Harrison, AR Wish Council
In 2007 the Harrison Wish Council was created. Since that time the Council has raised over $18,500 to grant the wishes of three children in the Harrison area. There are currently 10 members on the Harrison Wish Council.

Northwest Arkansas Wish Council
This council began in 2008 when Make-A-Wish supporters decided they wanted to do more for the Mid-South Chapter. The Northwest Arkansas Wish Council’s first big fundraiser - One Morning, One Wish - raised $7,100 to help grant wishes to children in Northwest Arkansas!

West Tennessee Wish Council
The West TN Wish Council began in 2008 with a small group of volunteers. The Wish Council is simply a volunteer group whose purpose is to support each other, share ideas and be involved in the community. The primary focus is the mission - granting wishes! This group is open to all volunteers and Make-A-Wish supporters. We want to ensure that volunteers do not feel alone out there, but feel supported and know how much they are appreciated.
The West Tennessee Wish Council meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. with the location to be determined. If interested, please contact Ashley Clark at 731-661-WISH (9474) for more information.
Tupelo Area Wish Council

The Northeast Mississippi Wish Council was formed in 2009 and to date has 9 members who have raised $1,237 (and counting) toward their goal of $5,000. There are plans in place to guarentee they will more than likely hit closer to $10,000 or more!

Chi Omega chapters have volunteered more than 139,000 hours. To date, Chi Omega has raised more than $2.3 million for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® and granted more than 350 wishes.
